Plain-language policy
Your information stays yours.
TellRobots collects only the information needed to understand and reply to your request. We do not sell personal information, build advertising profiles, or add people to marketing lists just because they contacted us.
What we collect
When you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address, business name if supplied, and whatever you choose to tell us about your workflow. Basic server logs may also record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To reply to your question or discuss a possible project.
- To protect the form and website from abuse.
- To diagnose reliability or security problems.
- To keep reasonable business records when a working relationship begins.
How long we keep it
Unqualified inquiries are periodically removed when they are no longer useful. Project communications and related records may be retained when needed for contracts, accounting, support, security, or legal obligations.
Who receives it
Information is available only to TellRobots and service providers needed to operate our website, email, and business systems. Those providers process information for us; they do not receive permission to sell it.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it when no legal or operational reason requires retention. Send the request through our contact form.
Please do not send secrets
The first-contact form is for a general description of the problem. Please do not include passwords, payment-card information, private customer records, health information, or other sensitive data.
